Taking place on one Halloween night, an enchanting Witch presents three tales of gruesome horror while concocting her own special potion for the evening’s festivities.
During it’s 2019 film festival run, CUENTOS DE LA BRUJA was an official entry in 12 festivals and won 6 major awards including Best Feature Film, Best B-Movie, and Best Special Make-up Effects.
Witch Tales is the first horror anthology movie in the history of cinema filmed in two languages at the same time utilizing a bi-lingual cast, made entirely in Peru. This film, “Cuentos de la Bruja,” is in Spanish language with English subtitles, while the forthcoming English language version is simply titled “Witch Tales (2020).”

Cuentos de la Bruja (2019) es una película de antología de terror de director Mike Lyddon. Filmada en Perú con actores bilinguales, hay dos versiones de la película, una en español y otra en inglés (Witch Tales).
Las historias son basadas en los comics de terror de los 1950’s similar a Cuentos de la Cripta con el guion escrito por Mike Lyddon.
Con los conocidos actores Mayella Lloclla (Vidas paralelas, Dos besos: Troika) y Magally Rojas Aramburú (Mi amor, el Wachimán).

Witch Tales Anthology Coming May 28th

The feature-length horror anthology movie filmed in Peru, WITCH TALES aka CUENTOS DE LA BRUJA, is being released in a special limited release blu-ray and on streaming VOD Thursday, May 28th.
Mike Lyddon’s seventh feature film was shot simultaneously in Spanish and English language, both versions of which are on the blu-ray.
A very special contest is also being created in conjunction with the blu-ray release, so stay tuned to this site for further details!

Indie filmmaker Mike T. Lyddon’s latest short story THE SILVER SQUIRREL has been published in the new issue of ALLEGORY, the Biannual Online Magazine of SF, Fantasy & Horror.
Based on a years-old concept concerning humans, robotics, and A.I., Lyddon only recently developed it into a short science fiction – speculative fiction story about Man’s last days in a failed Martian colony.
